Who we are

Meem Toys Connector is a private integration app built and operated by HundAI for the Meem Toys store (meemtoys.com). It is not offered to other merchants. Contact: pakwaten@gmail.com.

What data the app receives

Through the Salla Merchant API and webhooks the app receives store data that the merchant has authorised via OAuth scopes: orders (including customer name, phone, address and items), products, categories, brands, branches, customers, special offers, invoices/transactions, settlements and store settings.

Why it is used

Solely to run the merchant's own operations: order alerts and escalation, inventory synchronisation, catalogue quality checks and internal reporting. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Where it is stored

On a server operated by HundAI (Hostinger, EU data centre) behind TLS. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest with file permissions restricted to the service account. Webhook payloads are kept in an event log for 90 days for troubleshooting, then deleted.

Security

All webhook calls are verified with the HMAC-SHA256 signature issued by Salla; unsigned or mismatched calls are rejected. API access uses short-lived tokens refreshed per Salla's OAuth rules.

Merchant rights

The merchant can revoke access at any time by uninstalling the app from the Salla dashboard; on app.uninstalled the stored tokens are deleted immediately and remaining event data within 30 days. Requests to export or delete data: pakwaten@gmail.com.

Customers' rights

End customers of the store should direct requests about their personal data to the merchant (Meem Toys), who is the data controller; we act as processor on the merchant's instructions.
